Get started with WorkPane
Install WorkPane Host on your Mac and WorkPane on your iPad, open both, and enter the PIN your Mac shows. That's the whole setup: about five minutes, most of it macOS permission prompts. The steps below walk through each screen you'll see.
Before you start

1 · Install WorkPane Host on your Mac
Open the installer and follow the prompts. macOS verifies the notarization automatically. The menu bar shows the WorkPane mark: outline, because nothing is connected yet.
2 · Walk the Setup Guide
WorkPane Host asks for the permissions it needs (Screen Recording, Accessibility, Local Network) and explains what each one is for. Green checkmarks mean you're done.
3 · Install WorkPane on your iPad
Through TestFlight during the beta. Open it; your Mac appears on its own.
4 · Pair
Tap your Mac. Enter the six-digit PIN from the Mac's menu bar. The mark fills: you're connected, and it stays paired from now on.
5 · Stream your first window
Tap any window in the grid. It opens as its own iPad window. Tap, scroll, type. It's your Mac.
